For one night in Sydney (September 1) and one night in Melbourne (September 8), Stelzer, author of The Champagne Guide, will present for tasting 127 of the latest cuvees from 52 Champagne houses, co-operatives and growers — in other words, the big brands such as Moet & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot alongside “indie” growers such as Egly-Ouriet and Agrapart.
