Trade and Media Tastings

Taste Champagne Australia – New Dates

Taste Champagne is coming back! Champagne is the beverage of celebration and we are delighted to invite you to join us as we reignite the biggest global champagne showcase in May 2021.

The impact of coronavirus on champagne is particularly acute as a luxury and celebratory product, making this is a tough year for every grower, house and importer. We are resolutely committed to bringing Taste Champagne back stronger than ever, to reconnect you with champagne and its stories and people. Your support means everything to them and to us. Champagne is the beverage of celebration, and goodness knows we’ll all have more reason than ever to celebrate when we finally come through this!

As a representative of one of the houses said to us recently, “Be sure that on our side we keep corks ready to pop and we pile up a huge inventory of love and happiness to spread on a recovering world!” Bring on that day!

Any queries please contact Jody Rolfe, Event Manager, jodyrolfe@winepress.com.au

We are delighted to invite you to Taste Champagne 2021.

Over the past seven years, Taste Champagne has exploded into the biggest global champagne showcase. In 2019 we welcomed more than 4,000 trade, media, agents and public in London, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. We are thrilled to announce that Taste Champagne will return in 2021!

Taste Champagne is a grand tasting in which guests are invited to stroll at their own pace between houses, growers and cooperatives. In 2019, Taste Champagne Australia showcased 214 cuvées from 78 houses and we are lining up an even bigger listing in 2021.

Coming your way in May 2021, Taste Champagne is hosted by Tyson Stelzer, International Wine & Spirit Communicator of the Year, in conjunction with BlackEvents.

Taste Champagne Trade & Media tastings are reserved exclusively for wine media, retail wine buyers and sommeliers.

If you are an exhibiting agent representing a champagne house at Taste Champagne, please don’t register here. Contact us to register as an agent.
